Information Security Service Desk Customer Service Representative


Triumph Enterprises is currently looking for an Information Security Service Desk Customer Service Representative to join a Security Operations Team on a contract with a federal government client with an important mission.

Role and Responsibilities:


  • Receive and process emails and phone calls related to information security from across the enterprise
  • Route emails and phone calls to the appropriate unit within Information Security for proper handling
  • Handle routine administrative requests and policy questions
  • Create tickets for other teams as necessary
  • Measure and report service desk activity to leadership for situational awareness
  • Create and send routine daily reports

Qualifications / Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • Credentials
    • High school diploma
    • One year of professional experience
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of:
    • Computers, to include hardware, peripherals, and operating systems
    • Networks, to include common network devices and wireless technologies
    • Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience, Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including native-equivalent English language proficiency (expect to complete a writing sample)
    • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and organization skills
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work independently
  • Passion for information technology and cyber security


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in a cyber security operations environment
  • Advanced information technology and/or cyber security knowledge, skill, and ability, including experience with other operating systems besides Windows
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Net+, Security+, etc
