Cyber Security Training Program Coordinator


Triumph Enterprises is currently looking for a Cyber Security Training Program Coordinator on a contract with a federal government client with an important mission.  Apply today!



  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate products and services to the customer for use in the Training Program, to include learning platforms/learning management systems (LMS) and course content
  • Plan and manage projects to implement new products and services, to include learning platforms or LMS technologies
  • Evaluate and recommend a path forward to create or obtain and implement required training modules into a cohesive training program
  • Manage existing awareness initiatives, products and communications, to include PhishMe exercises
  • Manage Role-Based Training administration and tracking
  • Analyze and recommend staffing needs for training program success
  • Handle ServiceNow tickets assigned to the Training Program
  • Participate in relevant working groups
  • Create and provide high quality reporting on program status and progress

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Credentials
    • A bachelor’s degree
    • 3 years experience, of which at least 1 year must be specialized. Specialized experience must be related to Information Technology-related training/education.
  • Experience, Skills and Abilities
    • Substantial experience with training/educational technologies
    • Instructional Systems Design experience
    • Substantial experience managing training/education-related projects, such as development of a new course, or deployment of a new learning technology
    • Substantial experience with one or more Learning Management Systems (LMS) as an administrator or faculty user [experience as a student user does not meet this requirement]
    • Strong technical ability/aptitude, demonstrated through prior technical experience and accomplishment
    • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and organization skills
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to pass a security clearance background investigation


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Project Management Institute’s PMP or CAPM certification
  • A cyber security certification, such as CompTIA Security+ or ISC^2 CISSP
  • Security clearance
  • Analyst experience
  • Federal contract experience
  • System administration experience
