We currently have a need for a dynamic individual to serve in the position of TASK ORDER LEAD Working under the supervision of the director and is responsible for leading teams on specific projects and ensuring the delivery of outstanding project work to respective clients. 


By providing coaching, leadership and developmental support to Team Members the TASK ORDER LEAD helps ensure that high quality deliverables are provided to the client on time and on budget.  



  • Manage a team of three (3) subject matter experts ensuring their areas of support are successfully executed. Team responsibilities include;
    • Coordinate integration, relocation and/or removal of equipment
      • Collaborate with other stakeholders and vendors for execution
      • Contract with outside vendors for support activities as needed
    • Ensure Baggage Handling System (BHS) is fully operational; conduct preventative and corrective maintenance; support upgrades and enhancements to the system
    • System administration of local systems and test network, and associated accounts
    • Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders and other vendors including test team, facilities personnel, original equipment manufacturers,
  • Track security equipment information for all units located within TSIF
  • Create and submit monthly status reports to the client; conduct quarterly program management reviews with client and other stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate with the branch manager and ensure availability to support pop-up requirements
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and prime and subcontractor stakeholders
  • Management of all Triumph personnel actions including personnel file management, hiring/interviewing and corrective measures (performance improvement, termination, etc.)
    • Performance-assessments, goal-setting, and merit increase procedures
  • Contract administration – contract and modification document review, comments and management; contract funding management and reporting; equipment tracking
  • Ensure team members adhere to federal labor laws, corporate policies, security procedures and financial reporting regulations (including time, travel and ODC)
  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with Triumph senior leadership and corporate stakeholders; responding to Triumph data calls in a timely manner
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth (organic and new business)
  • Attend Triumph business and social functions, and contribute to making Triumph functions productive; encourage other team members’ participation in meetings and Triumph events


Qualifications / Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of federal government experience
  • Ability to receive TSA Suitability clearance (existing clearance preferred)
  • Knowledge and proficiency in using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
  • Ability to work independently on a variety of assignments with minimal supervision
  • Very strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate/plan and collaborate with multiple stakeholders for successful project execution
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent writing skills


 Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience supporting DHS, TSA or TSA's Systems Integration Facility (TSIF)
  • Experience managing IT/system administration tasks
  • Familiarity or experience with aviation security equipment
