Job Description

Cyber Security Program Analyst

 

Triumph Enterprises is currently looking for a Cyber Security Program Analyst to join a strong PMO team on a contract with a federal government client with an important mission.

 

Members of this team are highly motivated, self-driven, and are given great latitude to operate. The Program Analyst will provide Communications, project and administrative support in a day to day basis along with various other activities as assigned. He or she will assist in the preparation, review and gaining customer approval of documents, reports, emails and major program communications; compile and organize tracking lists; post information on SharePoint; coordinate meetings as requested; collect and verify data, and will summarize and reconcile information. The Program Analyst will also oversee dissemination of invitations, newsletters, releases and other announcements and will support the development of select materials from draft to final document copyedits. He or she will perform other administrative duties as needed and will provide support for special events and manage forms and processes related to events.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact within PMO for communication management including generation of key messaging, review and management of all communications on behalf of program
  • Support Information Security policy development and maintenance
  • Support Information Security Awareness and related training initiatives
  • Provide adequate reporting, documentation, executive summaries and briefings to leadership and other constituents
  • Support the development of documents, one-pagers, newsletters, reports, and any other print or digital communications materials
  • Compile and organize records, posts, and other information
  • Prepare documents, reports and briefing materials for consultants, staff and clients
  • Oversee dissemination of invites, newsletters, releases and other announcements
  • Organize, manage and help build strategic target audience lists
  • Coordinate meetings as requested
  • Be curious and willing to explore new methods for capturing and sharing information (i.e. Web 2.0 technologies)
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

 

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 or more years of full-time work experience
  • Experience working directly in communications
  • Knowledge of communications, design and program principles
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft office products, databases and list dissemination tools and experience using social media for organizational or corporate communications
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and organization skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify errors and draft reports
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, positive manner with diverse clients and staff
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English with native proficiency
  • Ability to pass a security clearance background investigation

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, international development or related field
  • Federal contract experience
  • Familiarity with website design and design software such as In-design and Adobe Photoshop preferred
  • Familiarity with on-line collaboration tools, such as WebEx, Skype
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Administration
