Consistently recognized for its growth, diversity and innovation, Triumph Enterprises is recruiting and hiring smart, strategic, and well-trained individuals with a 100% commitment to customer service.  We currently have a need for a dynamic individual to serve in the position of Program Analyst IV/CSTM (Client Solutions Team MemberThe Program Analyst/CSTM is a resourceful, detail-oriented individual who provides support for Triumph's federal client, 


Under the supervision of a Triumph CSTL (Client Solutions Team Lead), the CSTM will:


  • Conduct research, evaluations, analysis, and studies as applicable to the client's area of oversight
  • Present recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements 
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations
  • Draft memo, letters, briefing charts, etc. as required for project execution
  • Maintain speadsheets and databases used for project control
  • Manage and maintain calendars and schedules for multiple individuals
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and distribute accordingly
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for the team
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Take initiative on requests and inquiries of an analytical nature
  • Provide logistical support for company events
  • Coordinate and oversee the completion of special projects as needed
  • Experience with travel planning including international travel  


Qualifications / Requirements


  • BA/BS Degree 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably with a government contractor
  • Ability to work independently on a variety of assignments with minimal supervision
  • Very strong organizational, marketing and business process skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent writing skills
  • Ability to work with senior managers, supervisors and constituents
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential material and information appropriately
  • Creative problem-solving skills, initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, and discretion
  • Ability to maintain poise and professionalism under pressure
  • Ability to understand the significance of the client's organizational culture and support organizational standards
  • Knowledge and proficiency in using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
  • Knowledge of LOTUS Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. and distribute materials as required


  • Experience with a government contractor
  • Secret clearance or ability to obtain a clearance
