Triumph Enterprises is currently looking for an Acquisition Analyst.

Under the supervision of a Triumph CSTL (Client Solutions Team Lead), the Acquisition Analyst will:


Assist in leading the complete acquisition process, to include the following activities:

    • Liaise/SME between the Center for Information Technology (CIT) customers and the contracting office to address all aspects of the acquisition process (extremely critical part of the position)
    • To provide professional consulting services to the service areas with a primary focus on procurement support relating to Software and Licensing
    • Acquiring brand-name software, and services for customers throughout NIH and all operating divisions within the HHS.
    • Work with each Service Area to: Identify all requirements, draft Acquisition Strategies, draft Acquisition Plans, draft procurement Milestones (jointly with the contracting agency), draft complete procurement packages
    • Assist program staff as necessary in their oversight and management of awards
    • Provide contract administrative expertise support


Qualifications / Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in procurement, program management, computer science, or related field
  • 12 or more years of specialized/relevant work experience.
  • Ability to pass a public trust background investigation
  • Understanding of the FAR
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hands-on, operational experience
  • Adaptable to fast pace environment, large customer base and change.
  • Team player
  • Intimate familiarity with FAR Part 7.5 and its application within a highly dynamic environment among senior USG officials.



  • Previous experience as a Contracting Officer or Contracts Specialist
  • IT contract experience
