Triumph Enterprises is currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated and self-directed Project Manager to facilitate the development of a large, enterprise wide software development effort for a federal government client.


As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all stages of project management, including initiating, planning, execution, communications, deployment and closeout. You would also be responsible for creation and maintenance of the Master Schedule and monitoring Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics. The ideal candidate for this position is a professional with substantial project management experience and the equivalent of a FAC-P/PM Level III certification.


  • Stakeholder management of all government bureau participants 
  • Develop project plans and master schedule to ensure timely completion of project deadlines, including identification of scope changes, critical path items, dependencies, etc.
  • Standardizing PM processes within the team and aligning activities across the various stakeholders
  • Ensure that the appropriate standards, processes and documentation are established within the initiative
  • Proactively identify project issues and risks, and work with the project team for timely resolutions
  • Prepare project communications and documentation including executive briefings, project milestone deliverables, weekly status reports, etc.
  • Effectively manage project teams’ time and recommend resource allocation to ensure deliverables are completed within established timelines
  • Leverage best practices, techniques, and tools for quality control, project planning, execution, project management, ongoing milestone tracking, communication, and key performance metrics
  • Help build, develop, and grow strategic relationships vital to the success of the projects

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 combined years of experience with program/project management, risk management, Acquisition Systems, and/or Grants Management
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Substantial experience managing information technology projects
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptionally self-motivated, directed, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently with minimum direction
  • Experience in management of teams with diverse skillsets and experience
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities




  • Experience managing Grants Management System
  • Master’s degree
  • Program Management experience
  • Federal government experience
  • Management consulting and executive support experience (CIO, CTO)
  • Experience with highly visible federal government initiatives
  • Cloud computing and cloud computing security
