Information Security Program Customer Service Representative


Triumph Enterprises is looking for an Information Security Program Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us on a contract with a federal government client with an important mission.  The CSR is the inbound communications interface of the program for a large enterprise.

  • Receive and process emails and phone calls related to information security from across the enterprise
  • Route emails and phone calls to the appropriate unit within Information Security for proper handling
  • Handle routine administrative requests and policy questions
  • Create/handle tickets as necessary
  • Measure and report team activity to leadership for situational awareness
  • Create and send routine reports
  • Administer Phishing Exercises
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Credentials
  • High school diploma
  • One year of professional experience
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of:
  • Computers, to include hardware, peripherals, and operating systems
  • Networks, to include common network devices and wireless technologies
  • Experience, Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including native-equivalent English language proficiency (expect to complete a writing sample)
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and organization skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Customer service experience
  • Help desk experience
  • Experience in a cyber security environment
  • Project Management knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Analytic experience
  • Advanced information technology and/or cyber security knowledge, skill, and ability, including experience with other operating systems besides Windows
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Net+, Security+, etc
