    Triumph Enterprises is currently looking for a Computer Systems Analyst to join a technical team on a contract with a federal government client with an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while serving a fulfilling mission.  This Analyst applies systems analysis and design skills in an area such as record keeping or scientific operation. A system of several varied sequences or formats is usually developed, e.g. the analyst develops systems for maintaining depositor accounts in a bank, maintaining accounts receivable in a retail establishment, maintaining inventory accounts in a manufacturing or wholesale establishment, or processing a limited problem in a scientific project. This position requires competence in most phases of system analysis and knowledge of pertinent system software and computer equipment and of the work processes, applicable regulations, workload, and practices of the assigned subject-matter area. Job duties require the incumbent to be able to recognize probable interactions of related computer systems and predict impact of a change in assigned system.

    Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will work directly with our government client and support team members to:

    • Review proposals which consist of objectives, scope, and user expectations; gathers facts, analyzes data, and prepares a project synopsis which compares alternatives in terms of cost, time, availability of equipment and personnel, and recommends a course of action’ upon approval of synopsis, prepares specification for development of computer programs.
    • Ability to determine and resolve data processing problems and coordinate the work with program, users, etc.
    • Orient user personnel on new or changed procedures, may conduct special projects such as data element and code standardization throughout a broad system, working under specific objectives and bringing to the attention of the supervisor any unusual problems or controversies.
    • Work independently under overall project objectives and requirements and apprise supervisor about progress and unusual complications.
    • Works independently on routine assignments and receives instructions and guidance on complex assignments.
    • Ensure the project team manages the full lifecycle of projects, including planning, documentation, deliverables, budget, and schedule.
    • Standardize processes within the team and align activities across the various stakeholders.
    • Present communication and briefing documents across multiple teams and to client(s).
    • Take a problem or initiative, analyze options, and successfully implement the initiative.
    • Responsible for developing and communicating strategy and associated documents and templates for our client; Promote client organization and its targeted mission, objectives, and key messaging in a consistent manner.
    • Ensure that the appropriate standards, processes and documentation are established within the initiative.
    • May provide functional direction to lower level assistants on assigned work.
    • Prepare program communications and documentation including executive briefings, talking points, program milestones, weekly reports, etc.
    • Proactively identify issues and risks, and work with the team for timely resolutions.
    • Leverage best practices, techniques, and tools for quality control, project planning, execution, project management, ongoing milestone tracking, communication, and key performance metrics
    • Develop and build excellent relationships with prospects, clients, and internal team members.
    • Lead client calls and communications including the development of presentations, status reports, and requirements documents.
    • Experience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high quality environment.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or a Cyber Security related degree from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program.
    • Four (4) years of professional experience in cybersecurity engineering.
    • One (1) year of professional experience with IT infrastructure, networks, and/or network security.
    • CompTIA Security+ Certification or higher-level cybersecurity certification, such as (ISC)2 CISSP.
    • One (1) year of professional experience using vulnerability analysis tools.
    • One (1) year of professional experience maintaining and configuring various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, VxWorks, or other Embedded Operating Systems.
    • One (1) year of professional experience applying and/or using and/or analyzing cybersecurity controls such as intrusion detection systems, intrusion prevention system, firewall configurations, and access control lists.
    • One (1) year of professional experience developing and/or maintaining new and/or existing cybersecurity requirements.
    • Exceptionally self-motivated, directed, and detail oriented.
    • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint).
    • Excellent command of English language in speaking and writing.
    • Experience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high quality environment.
    • History of ethical performance.
    • Exhibit considerable client delivery, business development, and proposal development experience.
    • Strong management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills against difficult due dates and timelines.
    • Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate at all levels in government and industry.
